Melt in a 9 X 13 in pan 6 tbsp. butter

Beat 6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Melt butte in pan, Slightly beat the eggs before adding other ingredients. Mix with mixer while the butter is melting. Pour the batter into the melted butter, do not mix. Bake for 25-30 min. or until puffy or lightly browned. Serve immediately with maple syrup.
