1 Pound Frozen Spinach
3 Eggs (beaten)
1 Cup Flour
1 Small Chopped Onion
10oz. Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Cup Melted Butter
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Pour into 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Had these for the first time while boating with the Plucks out on Lake Ontario. You'd hardly know there was a vegetable inside them they are so good.
