1 cabbage, cut in quarters
4 lbs. corned beef
1 heaping Tbsp. pickling spices
3/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover meat with cold water and add spices and vinegar. Cover. Bring to boil and skim. Reduce heat to simmer for 4 hours. DON'T BOIL. When tender, leave covered and set aside.

Cook cabbage using 1 cup of beef juice and water to cover cabbage. Put in 2 beef bullion cubes. Cook about 8 minutes.
