4 cans White Hominy
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Onion ~ diced
3 Jalepenos ~ diced
1 1/2 cups Velvetta ~ cubed
1 stick Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in margarine; add soup, cheese & jalepenos until cheese is partially melted. Add drained hominy. Pour into casserole dish & bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
