1 lb boneless, skinless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
1 small green pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 small sweet onion, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
16 cherry tomatoes
8 wooden skewers
1 cup Lime Marinade (Lawry's makes a great one)

Tip: Soak skewers in water for 30 min(this keeps them from burning on the BBQ)

Thread chicken, pepper, onion and tomatoes onto skewers, dividing up ingredients equally. Brush heavily and frequently with Lime Marinade while grilling. Cook until chicken is no longer pink (about 15 min) rotating as needed.

Eat off the skewer or serve over rice or in a warm small tortilla
