1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 quart half and half
3 cans white and yellow corn mixture
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 quart chicken broth
1 lb lump crab meat or 1 lb crawfish

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour and onions. Cook onions. Add half and half, corn, salt, pepper and broth.

Boil 20 minutes. Fold in crab meat or crawfish and heat until the seafood is warm.
