1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 cup grated cheese (fine cut) 1/2 medium onion minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs 3 T. melted butter
3 T. dry parsley salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Butter, onion and some stems chopped up and melt in microwave for 40 seconds. Add bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper and cheese and mix up. Fill mushrooms and bake in micro for 4 minutes--approximately.
