1 lb. ground beef browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix
2/3 can water
1 onion sliced
2 handfulls baby carrots cut in 1/2
2 medium potatoes sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes to thicken. Add onion, carrotts and potatoes. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 35 minutes.
