1 lb ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped green onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
8oz flavored corn chips (Frito Chili Cheese flavor is good)
1 1/2 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef, onion, and pepper and drain
2. Combine soups and water and mix well
3. Add beef mixture, soup mixture, and corn chips together and mix well. Place in 9x13 pan. Top with cheese.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min.
