Directions:
After browning meat, add onion and cook until tender. Add seasonings, green beans & tomato sauce. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Mash hot potatoes, add milk and egg. Season. Drop in mounds over meat mixture. (Delicious to sprinkle with 1/2 c. grated cheese). Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

The homemade mashed potatoes are great; however, instant mashed potatoes also work well.

Personal Notes:
Mom prepared this recipe the first time I ate at the Walker household and it has been my favorite ever since. She made a great impression on her future daughter-in-law. In fact, that's why I married Mark--ha!
