1 c. white rice, uncooked
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2-1/2 c. water
1 pkg. dry chix noodle soup mix
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute the rice, celery and onion in butter until rice starts to brown. Stir in remaining ingredients (except for the peas) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add peas, cover and simmer on low for 15 minuets. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
