2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
2 tomatos
1 onion
1 red pepper
parsley (to taste)
6 oz. ketchup
Worchestershire sauce (to taste)
1 1/2 lbs. meatloaf mix (beef, pork, turkey or some combination of these)
3 eggs
pepper (to taste)

Relish sauce:
Heat oil, saute garlic and bay leaves. Add onions until sauteed. Add tomatoes (cut to same size) and pepper. Heat again for 12 minutes. Add Worchestershire sauce (couple of shakes), parsley, and ketchup. Heat.

Meatloaf:
Add eggs to meat, plus 1/2 of relish sauce. Put in loaf pan. Top with remaining relish. Cook uncovered at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
