2 pork tenderloins of equal size (have them split lengthwise and flattened)
4 slices bacon

*Sage Stuffing - see recipe listed under Side Dishes Catagory or use pkg. prepared stuffing.

Directions:
Season the meat. Spread Sage Stuffing over one, and lay the other on top. Skewer the edges together, and season the outside. Top with the bacon slices. Place on a rack in an open roasting pan, and roast for 1-1/2 hours at 325.

For speedy preparation, use an 8oz package (3-1/2 cups) of prepared stuffing. If that's too much, bake the extra in a casserole dish.
