1/2 c. Butter (soften)
1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tarter

2 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter in mixer. Add 1/2 of Flour. Combine all other ingredients (except cin and sugar mixture). Add remaining flour. cover and chill in fridge for 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls. Rolls balls in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375
