4-6 chicken breasts cubed
1 c. brown sugar
1 bottle Catalina dressing
1 can pineapple chunks & 1/2 of juice
1 green pepper cubed
1 onion cubed
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix brown sugar, dressing and juice in a bowl. In a 9X13 in. pan layer chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion. Pour sauce over the top. Cover with tinfoil and cook for 1 hour. Serve over Rice.
