1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Cream together butter and sugar, blend in egg. Sift together salt, baking powder and flour. Add to butter sugar mixture. add vanilla. Roll out to desired thickness and using cookie cutters cut on lightly greased cookie sheet in 400 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
