2 C Rolled Oats
1 C all purpose flour
3/4 C brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 C butter, melted
1 C raisins
1/4 C apple jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" square pan and set aside.
Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and soda. Mix well. Stir in butter until evenly mixed. Remove one cup crumb mixture and set aside. Pat remaining mixture into prepared pan. Combine raisins and jelly. Toss with reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over layer in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are golden. While warm, cut into squares, then cut the squares into triangles. Cool in pan. Drizzle with cinnamon icing.
Cinnamon Icing: Blend 1/2 C powdered sugar with 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 2-3 tsp. milk.
