4 c. quartered, unpeeled red potatoes
1 c. Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
4 slices bacon, crisp
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Oven to 425. Put potatoes on Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway. Mix up other stuff, then add potatoes. Serve warm or cold.
