8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
10 oz Cracker Barrel Vermont Sharp White Cheese (shredded)
1/2 c Dried Cherries (chopped)
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 c Pecan Pieces (toasted, finely chopped)
Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in cherries and pumpkin pie spice. Shape into ball and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll in pecan just before serving. Serve with crackers.
