1 1/2 c. self rising meal
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Set the oven at 425 degrees. Put shortening in 9 inch iron skillet and set in hot oven until hot. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add milk and eggs. Stir until well mixed. Pour into hot greased skillet and bake for 20 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
