2 1/2 c scolded milk
4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into unbaked pie shell or custard cups. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
