12 oz cream cheese, 1 can black beans - drained, 4 oz chopped black olives, 2 T. lime juice, 2 T. oil, 1/3 c.chopped onion, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/3 tsp. cumin, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper, 1/8 tsp. black pepper.

Combine all ingredients except cream cheese.Chill for several hours or overnight. Spread cream cheese over 9x13 glass dish or platter. Spread bean mix over cream cheese layer. Serve with tortilla chips.
