1 8oz COOL WHIP
2 Boxes (small) French Vanilla Pudding
3 cups milk
1 box graham crackers
butter


CHOCOLATE ICING

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk, then fold in cool whip.
Butter the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Place 1 layer of graham crackers in the pan and cover with 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
Place a second layer of graham crackers and cover with the rest of the pudding mixture.
Place a third layer of graham crackers on top.
Cover with the chocolate icing.

I usually do not make the chocolate icing...I use a can of ready made chocolate frosting. I put it in the microwave for a few seconds to melt it before pouring.
