1 c. flour
1/2 c butter
1/2 c. blanched slivered almonds, groung
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease large cookie sheet. In large bowl with hand, mix 1/4 c. powdered sugar with remaining ingredients until well blended.
Preheat oven to 325. With hands, shape 1 teaspoonful cookie dough at a time into 1 1/2 inch crescent. Place on cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove cookies to wire racks; cool completely.
Just before serving, sprinkle cookies lightly with powdered sugar.
