1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
1 clove garlic chopped
Dash pepper
1 small onion
1 can tomatoes drained
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 lb zucchini sliced ( or other summer squash)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion, add rest of ingredients and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, add zucchini and cover and cook 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
