1 T olive oil
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream chicken soup
1/3 cup orange juice
1 T each Dijon mustard and honey
dash of pepper
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until brown. Remove chicken, pour off fat. In same skillet combine soup, orange juice and honey, mustard and pepper. Heat to boiling, return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often. Serve with rice.
