3 - 4 lb pork roast
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 T thyme
1 tsp each garlic salt, pepper, rosemary, sage.
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar and herbs and seasonings, rub entire roast. Place fat side up on roasting rack in pan. Preheat oven to 500, place pan in oven and immediately reduce heat to 325 Bake uncovered for 2 hours or until meat themometer reads160 degrees. Remove roast from pan. Pour pan drippings into measuring cup, add water to make 2 cups of liquid. Pour into sauce pan, add flour and cook and stir over medium heat until gravy comes to a boil, cook 2 more minutes. Slice roast and serve with gravy.
