Vanilla ice cream, whipped cream. (you can add any toppings you want), sliced Almonds is a favorite

Make as many biscuits to persons their will be, Crush biscuit into sundae cup, Add a scoop or two of ice cream, Pour compote over ice cream, Add whipped cream and serve.
