2 c. warm water
2 T. yeast
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let rest 10 minutes, roll out for pizza. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Makes two large pizza crusts.
