California White Potatoes - Depending on the amount of people you are serving. 5lbs.or at least 10 potatoes
4-6 hard boiled eggs
2 - 3 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise
2 or 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 teaspoon -Dried Celery Flakes or Salt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika - garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes till fork tender. Let cool, then peel and slice in chunks.
Peel eggs - and chop
Put mayonnaise in small bowl with oil, celery flakes, salt and pepper whisk up until smooth.
Mix all ingredients together in big bowl.
Garnish with paprika.
Keep chilled and serve.
Always remember to Wash you HANDS !
