1 1/2 quarts water 4 chicken bouillon cubes 2 1/2 diced potatoes 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped onion 1-18 oz. bag California Mix vegetables 2 -10 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Boil the first 5 ingredients for 20 minutes. Add frozen vegetable & boil another 10 minutes. Add soup and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
