2 lbs. stew meat
potatoes (cubed)
carrots (diced)
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 pint green beans
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 envelope brown gravy
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 dish with Pam. Layer meat and vegetables. Pour soup mixture over the top and bake @ 325 for 3 hours.

I like to use red potatoes and leave the skins on. A can of corn, drained can be used instead of frozen and the stew will be thicker. Lastly, I use about 1 1/2 tbsp. of brown gravy mix that I buy in bulk.
