1 box of vanilla cake mix
1 pd of fresh strawberries (cut in half)
1 8oz package of Philadelphia Cream cheese
1 large container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Let cake cool.
Wash strawberries and cut in half.
Put cream cheese in microwave to soften for spreading (app. 6 seconds). Depends on your microwave.

*If you want to cut back on the sugar for strawberries you can add white cake frosting to cream cheese and spread and then add strawberries on top and that will sweeten your strawberries.
Spread cream cheese over cake add strawberries and top with coolwhip. Can be served chilled or room temperature.

* Strawberries can be sauted with a little sugar (to your liking) also you can use lite cool whip to cut back on the calories- you can't tell the difference.
