2 lb. of ground hamburger
1 green pepper (diced)
1 large onion (diced)
salt and pepper (any seasons of your choice)
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
16 oz of mixed cheese (cheddar & mozarella)
6-7 large white potatoes (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger with seasonings, green pepper, onion until done, drain off all grease and add mushroom soup. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook diced potatoes until half done and rinse with cold water. Use a 13 x 9 cooking dish with cover (or any cooking ware w/top). Layer hamburger mixture at bottom of pan, a layer of potatoes, a layer of cheese mix and continue until all ingredients are used and top with cheese mix for you last layer. Cook for approximately 40
minutes at 325 degrees-covered. And serve with your favorite vegetables.

*Turkey can be substituted for hamburger.
