1/4 lb. margarine, melted
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, defrosted
8 oz. shredded Colby cheese
salt and pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together and put in greased casserole
2. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.

Probably not the healthiest recipe but it's so good! It's also one of the few recipes I have from my Mom!
