1 egg
3/4 cp sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cp vinegar
1/2 cp water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1- Mix egg and sugar in a bowl. Add flour and mix again. Add flour and vinegar to mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
(Add more sugar or vinegar if desired.
2- Pour into pan and warm mixture. Pour on greens.
