5 medium cooked and peeled sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
Milk (enough to make mixture pour)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with mixer in a large bowl. Add enough milk to make mixture pour (not runny). Pour into two 9 inch unbaked pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
