2 pckg turkey burger approx 3 lbs
2 onions, diced
4 cloves garlic
3 carrots, shredded
3 zuchini, shredded
2 cups mushrooms, choped fine
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
3 cups brown rice
2 bunches cilantro, chopped fine / minced
1 jalepeno peppers, cut off top and mince, seeds and all
2 eggs - to help bind

mix it all up using 1/2 can tomato sauce into loaf, and other
half on top. you may want to save a little extra to put on top
10 mintues before done. bake at 350.

measurements approx, use as much of individual ingredients
as you like, you can't mess up.

big discovery here is the digital thermal probe. stick it into
center of loaf. wire comes outside of oven into device. set
temp for 158 degrees. when temp is reached alarm goes off.
perfect every time.
