3 large cans diced Tomatoes (or blend lots of yucky fresh tomatoes)
2 large cans Tomato Sauce
1-2 large cans Tomato Paste
Italian Sausage or pieces of Pepperoni
5 cloves Garlic (no Onions!!)
1 Bell Pepper
Celery (tops)
Parsley
Sweet Basil
Salt (lots)
1/4 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry Italian sausage or lots of cut up pepperoni. Use the drippings to saute the garlic and bell pepper. Add all ingredients in a large heavy pot and simmer all day.

Mema (Madeline DiPilla Cooper) used to make the most fantastic spaghetti. Mom (Deanna Cooper Seitz) and Lucille (Lucille Cooper Tupin) continued that tradition. I have NEVER found any better spaghetti sauce and all my friends are always begging me to make it.
