1 bag of Southern cubed frozen hash brown thawed.
1 stick of melted butter
1 10oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 8oz carton sour cream
1 med sweet onion diced
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt and pepper to tast
crushed corn flakes to cover the top

Directions:
Directions:
Spray one 9x13 pan
Mix in a large bowl add potatoes, soup, onino, cheese, 1/2 of the melted butter, salt and pepper and mix.
Place in pan and mix crushed corn flakes with the rest of the melted butter and sprinkle on top of the potoates and than crumble the bacon on top of the corn flakes.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
