Boneless chicken breasts (as many as you need)
Slices of ham (equal to number of chicken breast)
Slices of swiss cheese (equal to number of chicken breast)
Seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten with fork)
Cooking oil
1 can golden mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts until flattened. Place one slice of ham and one slice of swiss cheese on chicken breast and roll up. You may need to secure with toothpick. Dip rolled up chicken breast into beaten egg and the roll thoroughly in bread crumbs. Brown lightly in oil and place on baking sheet. Top each roll up with a generous tablespoon of soup (directly from can, do not dilute soup) and bake in oven at 350 for approximately 45 minutes. These can be prepared and browned early in the day and then put soup over and bake just before you wish to serve.
