1 small head fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
4 oz. Velveeta cheese,
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Divide broccoli into bite size pieces, discarding stalks; rinse. Microwave for about 5 minutes until tender crisp.

Mix other ingredients and microwave about 3 to 4 minutes to blend together. Mix in broccoli and rice.

Pour into 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350
for 30 - 45 minutes.
