brownie mix
2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter
1 T milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
green food coloring
1 c chocolate chips
6 T butter

Mix & bake brownie mix per the boxes direction
Let cool

Mix sugar, 1/2 c. butter, milk until smooth.
Add peppermin & food coloring
Spread over brownies

Melt Chocolate Chips & 6 T butter
Spread over green frosting layer.
