1 baked pie crust
3 large, ripe tomatoes
3 T. shredded fresh basil
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded Mexican Four cheeses
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust until golden brown. Peel and slice tomatoes and place on paper towels to drain for 15 minutes. Place tomato slices in pie crust; add salt and pepper. Sprinkle basil over tomatoes. Mix cheeses, mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread over tomato slices. Bake at 350 until hot and slightly browned; 20 - 30 minutes.
