6 large chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 8 oz. cartons of sour cream
1 T. poppy seed
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts until done; drain. Chop into bite size pieces.

Mix together soup, sour cream and poppy seeds. Fold chicken into mixture.

Crush crackers; melt margarine; mix together.

Place one half of cracker mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Top with chicken mixture. Spread other half of cracker mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
