8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c sour cream
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
2-1/2 oz jar sliced dried beef finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish, mix well. Stir in parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of dried beef (reserve remaining dried beef for coating). Chill mixture 1 hour or until firm. On plastic wrap or waxed paper, shape cheese mixture into ball, roll in remaining dried beef. Wrap, chill until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers.
