1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 T. corn starch
6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
8 oz. tub of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, sugar, and corn starch. Cook until clear and thick. Pour into a bowl and let it cool. Then add orange juice concentrate. Fold in cool whip. Chill before serving. Serve with fruit, or add 1 can of mandarin oranges and pour over angel food cake.
