2 T. butter
1 ˝ c. powdered sugar
1-2 T. water
˝ t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan on low. Cook until it stops bubbling and becomes a rich brown color. Pour into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Continue to add powdered sugar or water as needed in order to make a semi-thick frosting. Frost cookies after they have slightly cooled.
