1/4 c Sugar
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 c Walnuts (chopped)
2 tsp Lemon Peel (grated)
2 tbl Butter (melted)
1 can Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Line bottom of round cake pan with waxed paper. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except for biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place biscuit pieces in sugar mixture, toss to coat. Arrange in single layer in cake pan. Sprinkle top with any remaining mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes until deep golden brown. Run knife around side of pan to loosen. Place plate upside down over pan and flip. Remove wax paper. Cut into wedges or pull apart to eat.
