4 c. Flour
3 T. Baking powder
2 Eggs
4 c. Milk
1 1/2 T. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Add milk, little at a time; then add eggs. Mix with electric mixer to get all the lumps out. Place small amount of batter in frying pan, let brown and then turn over to let other side brown.
